Directions for use: Take 1 cup Dhamaka Rava Idli Mix and add 1½ cups curd (yogurt). Mix well. Keep the mixture aside for 5 minutes. Grease the idli plates with a little oil. Pour the prepared batter into the idli moulds. Steam for 15 minutes. Your soft and tasty Dhamaka Rava Idli is ready. Serve hot with chutney or vegetable saagu.
