Directions for use (to make Veg Biryani): 1. Wash 2 cups Basmati rice. 2. Saute choice of chopped vegetables (3 cups) with green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and onions. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of DHAMAKA VEG BIRYANI MASALA. 4. Add washed rice and double water (4 cups). Add salt. 5. Gamish with fried onions, mint, coriander. Saffron milk is optional. 6. Dum-cook or slow-cook for 20-25 mins (or 1 whistle in a pressure cooker) on low heat. Serves 4-6.
